About Us

Oral Insulin

Tamarisk Technologies is a scientific research and development company with corporate offices based in Las Vegas, NV.  Tamarisk is engaged in the invention of all-natural therapeutic agents, drug delivery transport vehicles, “green chemistry” for production of innovative products and manufacturing processes, and the provision of high-value technologies unavailable through traditional scientific philosophy.

With an unyielding commitment to research and the development of superior biotechnologies, Tamarisk Technologies was founded in 2008 by Dr. Daniel Debrouse with a mandate to release strategic technological solutions for various industries based upon his real-world studies of Biomimicry.

Our ongoing objective at Tamarisk is to apply the natural macroscopic and microscopic symbiosis established in Creation to the laboratory and commercial scale production of therapeutic agents, drug transport systems and "green technologies". United in our endeavor to make the world a better place, both now and for generations to come, our team is commited to:

  • - The advancement of superior biofermentation practices for the production of high-value therapeutic agents.
  • - The advancement of all-natural transport systems for the mammalian disposition of such agents absent of synthetic components and organic solvent residues.
  • - The advancement of "green technologies" for the industrial manufacturing of therapeutic agents and their transport vehicles, reducing commercial energy consumption and overall financial expendetures.

Dr. Daniel DeBrouse

Daniel DeBrouse is a doctor of molecular microbiology, pioneering the field of biomimicry, in which he provided the Biotech industry with the most innovative of fermentation processes; Biosymbiotic Fermentation: a fermentation by which a community of microbes cooperate, not only in the production of a particular bioactive, but in it's isolation and purification as well. In addition, DeBrouse has made contributions to the field of molecular virology with such papers as Recombinant Intervention: In Vitro Strategies for the Eradication of HIV-1 in Human Cell Lines; HCV: Molecular Basis of, Recombinant Vaccines and Innovative Antivirals, and molecular bacteriology.

DeBrouse's career began in 1998 when he opened his first private laboratory, MicroTech, specializing in the microbiological and chemical analysis of foods and food stuffs. In early 2010, DeBrouse shocked the pharmaceutical industry by establishing proof-of-concept in clinical trials aimed to disprove the first oral serum-specific drug delivery system ever presented for clinical use. On the contrary, the trials in fact proved DeBrouse to be correct in his reports of being able to protect a drug completely throughout it's gastrointestinal transport for nearly 100% drug disposition directly within the bloodstream.

Recently, DeBrouse has proven successful development of the world's first viable oral insulin using his novel Serum-Specific Drug transport technology, as well as pegylated peptides, vitamins, minerals, and other pharmaceuticals previously available only intravenously.

As CEO of Tamarisk Technologies, DeBrouse is currently conducting ambitious research programs in the automotive, alternative energy, and building material industries, while continuing developments in the fields of drug deliver, virology, and molecular botanics.

DeBrouse currently resides in Oklahoma with his wife Alisa and their 3 children.
